Relative to the issues that you report in the bug:
1) Bug 1061069 "[Contacts] ICE icon on top of the contact list is truncated" already reported the truncated ICE contact icon and has already been fixed by Paco 
2) Bug 1061413 "[Contacts] Favorites on top of ICE if ICE set first, and Favorites set later" reported also the issue that the ICE section has to be on top of the Contact list 

so Loli I think that the only not covered issue that you have reported in this bug is the Favorite Contacts icon, I've asked Francisco in bug 1061662 to check if it's already reported. In case it's not, we can create a specific bug for it and I prefer closing this one as duplicated (of one of the already reported)
